Job Summary
Announce youth baseball games, play music, run the scoreboard, and relay messages to the Tournament Director while managing the complex. Act as a baseball rules consultant and assist operations staff with tasks around the venue. Maintain a high level of professionalism, uphold brand standards, and foster a fun atmosphere for guests. Learn tournament operations through hands-on guidance and demonstrate initiative to champion the Ripken values. This paid seasonal position runs from March to November 2025, with primary workload scheduled between Friday and Sunday. You must be able to endure extreme heat or cold and work a variable schedule including evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Availability and ability for on-site work in Aberdeen, MD
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and evenings

- Ability and willingness to physically perform all job responsibilities
