2026 Seasonal Team Members Bar Harbor Camping Resorts

Perform various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including light plumbing, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting, and groundskeeping. Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained and working properly while keeping grounds free from trash and debris. Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property, attend morning staff meetings to communicate vendor appointments, and report maintenance concerns for direct repair. You will move heavy objects, drive maintenance trucks, monitor inventory, and be willing to work on-call for after-hours emergencies. This role is part of Equity LifeStyle Properties' team of over 4,000 employees operating more than 400 communities and resorts across North America.
