Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willing and able to perform physical, standing work up to 16 hours per day, seven days per week
- Demonstrate visual acuity and tactile dexterity for processing tasks
- Able to process, touch, and be in close proximity of seafood products
- Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
- Able to work in cold, wet, loud plants with seafood odors
- Willing to live and work in remote areas with limited medical access
- Follow directions and safety procedures; operate moving machinery, forklifts, vehicles, and elevated walkways
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable sharing bunkhouse-style housing and communal facilities
- Willing to follow company policies including harassment-free workplace
