Job Summary
Sherwin-Williams' 2026 Sales Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an eight-week training track in an Automotive Branch designed to develop future management and professional sales talent. Participants gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning, with networking across Marketing, Operations, and Research & Development, and progress into an Assistant Branch Manager role after training. Relocation may be required for the eight-week training period and potential placement as an Assistant Branch Manager across multiple regional locations (FL, AL, LA, NC, SC, TN, GA). The program begins in 2026 and includes exposure to customer-facing duties, cash handling, access to sensitive information and assets, and a criminal history review to ensure safety and business integrity.
