Job Summary
RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care for children ages 1–21 with medical complexities (trachs, vents, and g-tubes) in home settings. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling (days, nights, evenings, weekends) with paid onboarding/training on ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, 24/7 team support, and a caring, collaborative environment. This position offers a sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts and shift-based incentives, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k match, and substantial paid time off for first-year employees. Prior pediatric experience is a plus, but no experience is required to start given the dedicated training program.
