2026 Raytheon SkillBridge - Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer - Fort Wayne, IN (Onsite)

SkillBridge fellowship onsite in Fort Wayne, IN for an Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer. Responsibilities include RF system design, requirements management, testing, production support, and supplier engagement; system integration & test, lab support, verification, and analysis of hardware/firmware behavior. Provides engineering oversight to test activities and handles inquiries, field issues, product obsolescence, and transitions to production. Preferred experience includes RF design, digital/analog signal processing, waveform analysis, and use of MATLAB, PathWave ADS/EMPro; familiarity with embedded systems on FPGA hardware and MBSE tools. Eligible candidates are transitioning service members; this program does not provide military compensation during fellowship and does not include standard employee benefits unless converted to full-time. RTX/ Raytheon SkillBridge role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN with DoD clearance requirements, and applicants may be asked to attend in-person steps in some interview stages. The role focuses on design, development, testing, and evaluation of advanced EW technology and sensor systems within a DoD context.
