Responsibilities include engaging with fans, providing accurate information about Red Bull New York and the stadium, delivering a high level of customer service, problem-solving through effective communication with guests and managers, maintaining a neat appearance per uniform standards, welcoming guests, scanning tickets, and applying wristbands/credentials efficiently and professionally. The role requires high energy in engaging fans and directing them to appropriate hospitality areas and involves outdoor work with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, to support at least 70% of the 2026 season home schedule.
