Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical problems with limited supervision. Define, coordinate, and document engineering test reports while developing, designing, or modifying mechanical layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings. Perform engineering analysis and technically lead projects, including developing key supplier relationships and generating product specifications. Design custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and processes to enable the handling, assembly, and disassembly of parts throughout the product life cycle. Establish operational standards, review engineering documentation, and resolve complex product issues. This role supports the Tainan Display Manufacturing Center and Lab, where engineers design next-generation chamber systems for advanced displays.
