Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, Point of Sale procedures, and inventory management. Ensure all merchandise is attractively displayed and stock is maintained according to visual merchandising standards while handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism. Develop and train employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Collaborate with the area supervisor to plan promotional events, maximize merchandise visibility, and enforce all Park and Department policies and procedures. Analyze sales performance data to develop strategies for exceeding sales goals and improving store performance. Maintain full compliance of all Cash Handling policies and procedures. This role is centered around managing daily operations within our merchandise locations to ensure offerings align with high brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years old or older
- Must be organized with excellent time management skills with ability to work flexible and varied shifts
- Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to interact well with internal team members while maintaining a professional atmosphere
- Must be able to follow and uphold all Six Flags Policies and Procedures
- Must be able to lift 10-50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Theme Park experience preferred
