Job Summary
Toyota is offering a 12-week Manufacturing and Service Parts Internship for students pursuing business-related degrees, with locations across the United States. Interns will work on real-world projects applying the Toyota Production System, develop dashboards and presentations, and receive mentorship and training, with sponsorship not offered and relocation required as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to relocate to work location
- Right to work in the United States and not require Toyota sponsorship now or in the future
- Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher
- Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two- or four-year college or university (sophomore standing or above)
- Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program (two-year or four-year) in business discipline or related field (Supply Chain Management, Logistics/Operations Management, Business Administration)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience or familiarity with Tableau or Power BI for building dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and present executive dashboards and reports
- Interest in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Willingness to relocate to internship location
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Customer- and safety-focused mindset
- Enthusiasm for Toyota Production System and continuous improvement processes
