Job Summary
The role focuses on learning all aspects of the Toyota Field Organization for progression into a Field Traveler path. Responsibilities include developing customized trend reports for area consultants and field travelers, monitoring and communicating regional dealer customer satisfaction trends, assisting with sales plans and market analysis, coordinating on-site events, communicating strategies across departments, shadowing Field Travelers, and building relationships with dealers to support their goals. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, be willing to relocate, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field is required
- Candidates must be willing to relocate and have a valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota sponsorship for immigration-related employment (e.g., H-1B, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, TN, or F-1 OPT extension) now or in the future
- Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher
- Possess a high degree of written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
