2026 Management & Sales Training Program- Las Vegas

An accelerated, entry-level Management & Sales Training Program designed to prepare you for Store Management in 18-24 months. The program is a full-time role (~44 hours/week) in Las Vegas, NV, with evenings/weekends possible. You will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, gaining leadership and insight into development and strategy for the store. You’ll learn all operations, clients, and internal strategy, enabling you to contribute to growing market share by selling to large commercial users such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, and other commercial customers who require large volumes of our high-quality products. The program provides training across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and leads to a career trajectory with a clear beginning and open end. A criminal history review is conducted to protect the business and customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
