Job Summary

Track and manage hardware throughout the repair and return process, ensuring all repair items are accurately recorded and monitored in the workflow system. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Program Office, Receiving, Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Shipping to prepare reports and presentations that communicate repair status to stakeholders. Analyze material availability to support contract requirements, identify barriers, recommend solutions, and drive actions to meet program commitments. Schedule, coordinate, and expedite movement of repair items through the process using standard MS Office tools. This onsite role at RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, supports mission-critical repair operations for commercial, military, and government customers.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, General Management, Engineering or related field
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in logistics, problem-solving, and project management
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience with material planning, order execution, and project management
  • Working knowledge of Production and Planning Control fundamentals, including MRP and Inventory Management
