Job Summary
Conduct market research and data analysis by collecting rents, vacancy, and pipeline metrics to prepare summary insights and reports. Assist in listing preparation, client presentations, and site visit coordination while maintaining deal trackers and documentation. Build basic financial models for cash flow, ROI, and IRR support to aid due diligence and valuation inputs. Liaise with internal teams, brokers, and clients to schedule meetings, track deliverables, and develop presentation materials including PPT decks and marketing collateral. Ensure data accuracy and professional formatting across all outputs. This role requires an undergraduate or postgraduate student in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills (English; Mandarin preferred for China roles)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Interest in real estate markets and investment
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools, such as: Data analysis & visualization (e.g., Power BI dashboards)
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools, such as: Process automation (e.g., AI agents)
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools, such as: Productivity tools (e.g., AI-assisted PPT creation)
