Job Summary
Manage queue flow and safety at Fright Fest Haunted Houses by directing guests, enforcing restrictions, and performing crowd control duties. Set up and break down stanchions, ropes, and barricades nightly, while energetically interacting with guests to relay guidelines and engage with the assigned storyline. Assist with cleaning and sanitation of queue lines and theatre areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards alongside Haunt Supervisors and Stage Managers. Provide over-the-top service by greeting guests and maintaining a positive, polite manner. Work outdoors during evening hours in various weather conditions, adhering to established Environmental, Health & Safety policies. Available for all rehearsal and performance dates from late August through November.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to perform in a casted role during the audition process
- Ability to work outdoors during evening hours in various weather conditions
- Availability for all rehearsal and performance dates
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
- Mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
