2026 Fall Intern - Procurement

Job Summary
Procurement Intern will collaborate within a diverse, global team to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end sourcing, including sourcing processes, category management, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management. You will participate in operational sourcing activities across indirect and direct procurement, support AI pilot initiatives to optimize processes, and assist in content development and updates of internal knowledge platforms. The role is based in Mississauga with a hybrid work structure (majority in office) for a 4-month, full-time term beginning in September 2026, at Roche with an emphasis on learning, cross-cultural collaboration, and exposure to procurement systems and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Life science, engineering or similar educational area
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to translate and explain moderately complex data
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Business-level fluency in English
- Foundational understanding of negotiating, contracting, and procurement systems
- Understanding of Supply Chain, Direct Materials or Research & Lab categories
- Interest in applying AI to procurement processes
- 4-month, full-time work term starting September 2026
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, hybrid work structure
- Not eligible for relocation support
- Salary range provided in local currency
