Job Summary
Schaeffler Group USA Cheraw, SC seeks Co-op students for Spring 2025 to provide technical support for Manufacturing Plant across Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, Digitalization, Quality, or MPL departments. Participate in area-specific tasks, manage projects involving efficiency, six sigma and lean concepts, analyze data, perform time studies, drive process improvements, and assist with production planning and other duties to support the department.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled at an accredited institution pursuing a degree in B.S. Industrial Engineering, B.S. Mechanical Engineering, B.S. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or B.S. Business Administration.
- Sophomore year or higher to qualify for Co-op role.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship.
- Computer literate with MS Office to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets.
