Job Summary
Support data center customer server operations and assist with equipment maintenance, service provisioning, and cable installation, removal, and testing. Participate in server and network equipment installation, provide problem-solving support during incidents, and document SLA-based ticket processing. Learn the regular engineer's troubleshooting process while contributing to facility infrastructure operations within Equinix's Operations team. This six-month summer internship in Seoul or Goyang offers a path to full-time conversion based on performance evaluation and remaining tenure.
Required Qualifications
- Information and communication related major
- Interest in English and ability to communicate in business settings
- Availability to start work in the second half of 2026
- Work duration of 6 months
- Ability to perform cable installation, removal, and testing
- Ability to assist with server and network equipment installation
- Ability to support the regular engineer's problem-solving process during outages
- Ability to participate in SLA-based ticket processing
- Ability to document work content
- Ability to perform auxiliary equipment maintenance and service provisioning tasks
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (mandatory for regular conversion)
Desired Qualifications
- Possession of licenses such as a driver's license or functional worker license
