Job Summary
Conduct practical on-the-job experience and develop soft skills through presentations, project work, and collaborating with stakeholders. Engage in mentorship and networking opportunities with senior management and peers. Gain exposure to DBS Taiwan's Management Associate Programme pathway for future leadership roles. This semester-based internship runs from September 2026 to January 2027, with part-time participants committing to a minimum of three working days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Matriculated undergraduates in their penultimate year
- Graduated candidates currently with National Service obligations
- Pursuing a degree in any discipline of study
- Self-motivated team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, creative, decisive and resilient, and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
- Commit to a minimum of three working days per week throughout the internship period (for part-time internships)
