Job Summary
Develop a global mindset by collaborating with colleagues across regions and rotating through related business functions or cross-departments. Deepen industry knowledge in blockchain, cloud computing, AI, and data centers through mentorship from functional team leaders while contributing to meaningful business projects and new process systems. Interact with senior management teams and the alumni GTT network to drive impact on the future of the digital asset industry. This 18-month full-time, on-site program combines hands-on technical expertise with comprehensive training in core values and business practices for high-potential graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD)
- Candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
- Technical expertise and experience in relevant area of interest
- Strong passion for new technologies: Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers
- Impressive personal achievements e.g. academics, extracurricular/internship, outstanding skills, or insights in areas of your passion
