Job Summary
Entry-Level Engineering Document Co-op at Moderna to support Document Control and Records Management across the organization. The role assists with formatting, organizing, and managing both paper-based and electronic document workflows, helps digitize and archive documentation, and collaborates to ensure documents meet compliance and business needs. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is referenced, and the role emphasizes cross-functional support, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a regulated environment. The internship/co-op runs July 13, 2026 through December 11, 2026 at Moderna’s Norwood, MA site, with a 70/30 in-office work model and no remote work eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program
- High school Diploma or equivalent degree
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interest in learning about cGMP, quality, or documentation processes
Additional Requirements
- This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna’s site full-time.
- This position is not eligible for remote work.
