Job Summary
As an SAP Business Process Associate Consultant, participate in an initial bootcamp to build proficiency in SAP technologies while rapidly applying new concepts; diagnose and analyze complex customer issues, develop actionable recommendations, and deliver clear, timely communication of progress; collaborate within a team and take on increasing levels of responsibility; plan, architect, analyze, optimize, and safeguard customers’ SAP solutions; engage in a fast-paced, hands-on Early Talent Program to build a foundation for a CoE career; open to travel up to 10% and relocation to Newtown Square, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university
- Development experience in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, ABAP, C/C++, C#, Python, PHP)
- Strong SQL, database management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data mining, and systems administration skills
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setting (internships or recent experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, active listening)
- Willingness to travel and relocate to Newtown Square, PA
