Job Summary
Analyst Program (two-year duration) at Eastdil Secured focusing on commercial real estate finance, asset sales underwriting, and debt placement across property types. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or graduate degree by Spring 2026
- 0+ years of real estate finance experience (internships, part-time or full-time work and/or extracurricular activities acceptable)
- Exposure to financial modeling within Excel and Argus Enterprise
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to work hard in a demanding and highly focused environment
- Ability to collaborate with others and work on a team
- Energetic self-starters who are flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated personal accountability with an urgency for achieving results
