Job Summary
Welcome guests at the exclusive Playa Paraiso area as the primary point of contact, offering a warm greeting and support throughout their stay. Prepare food and cocktails while maintaining high service standards. Manage relationships with guests with a focus on quality and friendliness, working both independently and within a team. This role requires prior F&B experience, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and proficiency with the palmare system. English is required, with German preferred. Candidates must reside near the park. Caribe Bay offers a Caribbean resort setting where guest satisfaction is central to the experience.
Required Qualifications
- Esperienza già maturata nel settore del F&B
- Particolare attenzione alla qualità e al servizio e capacità di lavorare sia in team che in autonomia
- Serietà, cordialità e una forte attitudine alla gestione delle relazioni con gli Ospiti
- Flessibilità negli orari e disponibilità a lavorare durante il weekend e i giorni festivi
