Job Summary
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to complete project deliverables for clients across the resources and energy sectors, gaining exposure to structural design engineering activities from conceptual design through detailed engineering. Develop mentoring relationships with experienced professionals while working toward individual career goals within a flexible framework. The 12-week program commences Monday, 23 Nov 2026, with an annual office closure from Friday, 18 Dec 2026, reopening Monday, 4 Jan 2027. Candidates must include their CV, cover letter, and current academic transcript to be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
- Strong academic record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems
- Interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company
- Commitment to creating positive change
- Working towards a bachelor/master's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, ideally in the third year (or later) of study
