Job Summary
Coordinate commissioning planning, operational readiness activities, and ramp-up support for mining, energy, and infrastructure projects alongside experienced engineers and consultants. Identify risks, engage stakeholders, and manage project coordination to ensure safe project transitions and long-term performance optimization. Gain direct site exposure by working with clients on large-scale industrial operations and contribute to multidisciplinary project deliverables. Develop mentoring relationships with industry experts while collaborating on innovative solutions to support clients through their transition from delivery to operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical or Control Systems Engineering
- Ideally in penultimate or final year of study
- Strong academic record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach to problem solving
- Ability to think laterally and innovatively in dynamic environments
- Genuine interest in commissioning, operations readiness and project delivery
- Desire to gain hands-on site experience and exposure to large-scale mining, energy and industrial projects
- Flexibility to travel and work across various locations within Australia
- Interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company
