Job Summary
Commissioning planning, operational readiness activities, and start-up support for mining, energy, and infrastructure projects. Contribute to risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination alongside experienced engineers and consultants. Gain exposure to multidisciplinary teams and large-scale industrial operations, including site visits where project requirements allow. Collaborate on deliverables for clients while developing mentoring relationships to support individual career goals. The 12-week program commences Monday, 23 Nov 2026, with flexibility to travel across Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical or Control Systems Engineering
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical or Control Systems Engineering
- Penultimate or final year of study
- Strong academic record
- Exceptional communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach to problem solving
- Ability to think laterally and innovatively in dynamic environments
- Genuine interest in commissioning, operations readiness and project delivery
- Desire to gain hands-on site experience and exposure to large-scale mining, energy and industrial projects
