Job Summary
Paraprofessional role in Special Education Tier 4 supporting students in regular or self-contained classrooms; provide immediate medical assistance per health professional; assist with implementing behavior plans and IEPs; monitor and support students in various settings; assist with clerical tasks; model study, social, and emotional skills; deliver instruction under teacher supervision; participate in crisis response when assigned; respond to emergencies and inquiries; serves as substitute teacher when needed; maintain instructional materials and records; contribute to a safe, positive learning environment with a focus on SEB and inclusive practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Medication Administration training (as needed)
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- MANDT training
- Substitute Certificate
- Criminal Background Clearance
