Job Summary
Direct and manage assigned areas of instructional program and campus operations at Monaco Elementary, overseeing instructional program, campus operations, and student activities/services. Lead instructional program evaluation, program improvement, and budget/personnel management; implement policies, interpret data, and foster collaboration among staff, parents, and community. Requires a Master’s degree, Texas principal certificate or equivalent, and T-TESS appraiser certification, plus experience as a classroom teacher and strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from accredited university
- Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
- Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser
- Two years experience as a classroom teacher
