Job Summary
Manage concession stands by purchasing inventory, tracking stock rotation, and ensuring game day readiness for service and sales. Oversee volunteers, maintain sanitation and health standards, and handle record keeping, deposits, and invoice submissions. Be present before, during, and after each sporting activity to ensure operations run according to schedule. Assist with home game day responsibilities as directed by the Athletic Director and promote volunteer opportunities. Requires a high school diploma, basic budgeting skills, and a ServSafe Food Handler Certificate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of budgeting and financial record keeping
- Possess (or willingness to possess) 2-hour ServSafe Food Handler Certificate
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, incorporating the appropriate level of diplomacy and tact
- Present a positive image of the school to others and to the community
Desired Qualifications
- Previous food service experience a plus
