Job Summary
Maintenance Technician IV – Welder in Facilities & Construction role performing a wide range of skilled maintenance activities including welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, drywall, and more. Analyzes blueprints/schematics, estimates labor/materials, fabricates parts, supervises/coordinates others, and ensures safe, up-to-date facilities while maintaining tools/equipment and documenting progress; requires ability to read technical documents, operate a variety of tools/machinery (saws, drill presses, sanders, forklifts), and work extended hours with potential call-outs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Job related experience within a specialized field is required.
- Education: Targeted, job related education with study in job-related area.

- Online Driver Training Certification
- Commercial Driver's License
- Forklift Certificate
- Criminal Background Clearance
- Valid Arizona DPS Level I IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
