Job Summary
Instructional Coach at Page Elementary School to provide embedded professional development, coaching cycles, and data-informed support to teachers; focuses on improving student learning, reducing inequities, and fostering collaborative, equitable, and inclusive instructional practices through partnerships with administrators, departments, PLCs, and teachers; responsibilities include data collection/analysis, facilitating planning and reflection, modeling research-based practices, and supporting teachers toward student-centered goals across school-wide, team, and individual levels.
Required Qualifications
- A valid state of Oregon teaching license
- Minimum five (5) years successful teaching experience
