Job Summary
Lead and develop students in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities to achieve individual and program success under the direction of the Activities Director and Head BPA Sponsor. Provide guidance and mentorship to foster personal growth, plan and execute practice sessions, and create an inclusive culture emphasizing respect and discipline. Collaborate with staff, parents, and community members to promote engagement, ensure compliance with all policies, and encourage academic achievement while balancing extra-curricular commitments. Attend and supervise students at competitions, performances, and related events, including travel to all assignments and operation of a school vehicle as needed. Work September through March with additional time determined by the Activities Director.

- Ability to lead and develop students in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities
- Capacity to provide guidance and mentorship to student participants
- Ability to plan and execute practice sessions
- Capability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive culture
- Skill to collaborate with school staff, parents, and community members
- Ability to attend and actively participate in scheduled meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities
- Knowledge of school, district, and state policies
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration
- Capacity to encourage academic achievement and balance academics with extra-curricular activities
- Ability to attend, support, and supervise students at competitions, performances, and other related events
- Willingness to travel to all related events
- Ability to operate a school vehicle to transport student-participants
