2026-27 Girls Hockey Assistant Coach

Girls Hockey Assistant Coach for the 2026-27 season at Minnetonka High School. Plan, accompany and supervise the team to and from events; manage organization and administration of coaching the athletic team; assist with hiring, development and evaluation of assistant coaches; assist with budget requests and fundraising; develop conditioning programs; coordinate practice and game schedules; enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior; maintain records and assist with equipment ordering and inventory; participate in coaches meetings and pre/post-season meetings; develop a transformational purpose statement and an emergency action plan as directed by state and district policies. Requires knowledge of the assigned sport, adherence to district and state athletic codes, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to implement professional standards; licensing requirements include possessing a coaching license or completing a MSHSL alternative program.
