Job Summary
Maintain and repair building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the campus; maintain school grounds; perform light metal work, repair/install chain-link fences, metal cover walkways, and playground equipment; form and pour concrete; assist with asphalt repairs and parking-lot striping; assist in equipment inventory and purchase recommendations; may work during nights/weekends; requires ability to lift heavy weights and operate a range of shop tools and equipment; must have a clear driving record and a valid Texas Class C license; primary focus on keeping facilities in operating condition to support educational use.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clear driving record
- Valid Texas driver’s Class C license
- Must be familiar with chain-link fencing, metal cover walkway and playground equipment installation
- Must be familiar with concrete work
- Three (3) years of experience in related field (preferred)
