Job Summary
Prepares food for breakfast or lunch and serves as cashier; keeps production records and adjusts recipes for varying quantities; adheres to South Dakota sanitation guidelines and maintains a clean work area; monitors National School Lunch Program compliance; stores leftovers properly and follows safety procedures for all equipment; requires high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently, teamwork and basic math, and ability to keep information confidential; term is School Term; reports to Food Service Supervisor/Kitchen Supervisor.
