Job Summary
Freshman Football Coach responsible for all program matters including player personnel, practice sessions, equipment care, and supervision during practices, games, travel, and other team functions. Enforces school, District, League, and state (MHSAA) rules; communicates with players, officials, parents, administrators, and community; prioritizes athlete safety; coordinates budget, schedules, and recruitment; maintains rosters and paperwork; schedules and conducts practices; coordinates volunteers and events; records meetings and competitions in FMX; applies for funding per board policy; and applies CPR/First Aid certification. Required Qualifications
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Knowledge and experience in coaching athletics
- Ability to work with youth and adults
- Availability during program hours
- Budget review and submission
