Job Summary
Directly responsible for all matters relative to the freshman football program, including player personnel, practice sessions, equipment care and maintenance, and supervision of players during practice, games, travel and other team functions. Enforce school/ District/ League/ MHSAA rules; effectively communicate with players, officials, parents, administrators and community members; prioritize athlete safety; respond to directives from school leadership; present a professional image and positive role model. Responsibilities also include budgeting, schedule creation, roster management, inventory of uniforms and equipment, coordinating volunteers and recruitment, and ensuring required paperwork is on file; and entering events in FMX and coordinating with the Director of Athletics and Human Resources as needed.
