2026-27 Certificated Teacher - Dean

Dean of Students will support PBIS and school climate initiatives, coordinate 504 plans and participate in IEP meetings, supervise and engage scholars across the school day, coach teachers to provide re-teaching opportunities, collaborate with the Administrative Team to ensure consistent discipline, communicate with administrators, staff, scholars, and parents, and prepare materials for documentation and communication. The role requires knowledge of standards-based instruction and familiarity with Washington State educational standards, and the ability to organize and lead meetings (e.g., PLCs) while promoting equity and cultural competence across a diverse school community.
