2026-27 Business VANTAGE Teacher, 1.0 FTE

VANTAGE Teacher for the IB Business Management strand in a high-school VANTAGE program. Responsibilities include developing and translating lesson plans into developmentally appropriate instruction, establishing and maintaining classroom behavior standards, evaluating pupil growth and maintaining timely records and progress reports, identifying pupil needs and coordinating IEP strategies, communicating with parents via Schoology, newsletters, phone calls, e-mails, and conferences, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors. Additional duties include integrating technology into instruction, participating in professional learning communities and district meetings, and potentially coordinating paraprofessionals and volunteers. Emphasis on collaborative, fast-paced teamwork with students, staff, administrators, parents, and the community, with following district policies and ongoing professional development.
