Job Summary
Behavior Interventionist focusing on implementing Applied Behavior Analysis strategies to improve student behavior and SEL competencies across multiple schools in Fayetteville, AR.Responsibilities include providing crisis intervention, assisting teachers with behavior management, meeting with students or groups to apply evidence-based strategies, organizing and maintaining student data to drive interventions, supporting RTI-B/IEP/504 processes, and participating in team meetings and professional development to sustain high-quality practice.
Required Qualifications
- Certified teacher with at least 5 years of classroom experience
- Experience in applying behavior management strategies
- Ability to plan and evaluate strategies for improving behavior
- Ability to collaborate with instructional personnel and provide input regarding student progress
