Job Summary

Compile confidential and non-confidential data from calendars, budgets, and inventories to prepare information for administrators. Maintain manual and electronic files, department budgets, and accounts while ordering, distributing, and monitoring supplies. Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence to document activities and convey information to internal and external parties. Reconcile account balances for assigned budget categories and supervise assigned personnel as directed by the administrator. Respond to inquiries from staff, parents, and students to facilitate communication. Schedule activities, meetings, and events for administrators and supervisors. Participate in site committees and trainings to record minutes and support attendee needs. Perform other related duties to ensure the efficient functioning of the work unit.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Arizona DPS Level I IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Operating standard office equipment including using Microsoft office products and job related software applications
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records
