Job Summary
Coordinate mental health services within LCSD; develop care coordination plans for identified children and families; engage diverse families in the care coordination process; provide clinical consultation to schools; participate in crisis response and suicide prevention efforts; supervise monitoring of client progress; work with county agencies and community organizations to coordinate mental health service provision; provide information on and referrals to specialty services; arrange for goods/services related to mental health treatment; support investigations of abuse with other responsible agencies and develop protective service plans.
Required Qualifications
- appropriate licensure or the ability to obtain full licensure required as a state certified TOSA, Social Worker and/or Mental Health Counselor
