Job Summary
Testing Coordinator to assist with implementation and completion of district/state/federally mandated student assessments; ensure security of testing materials and data; coordinate and provide training for LPAC; duties include coordinating testing calendars, training test administrators, maintaining FERPA-compliant data handling, and supporting Emergent Bilingual and ESL programs. Strong technology, organization, communication, and collaboration skills required; experience with STAAR, TELPAS, NAEP, and high-stakes testing workflows; familiarity with ARD/IEP processes and LPAC coordination; familiarity with data reporting and subpopulation coding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsement for subject and level assigned, or approved alternative certification program
- Fingerprinting and background check clearance
- Ability to obtain or bilingual certification/ESL endorsement preferred
- Two years of experience with testing
