Instruct assigned classes at designated times while preparing materials aligned with state standards and long-term goals. Create a conducive learning environment that addresses individual student needs through differentiated instructional strategies and regular data analysis. Establish open communication lines with students, parents, and administration to track academic and behavioral progress. Maintain accurate records, participate in faculty meetings and IEP conferences, and integrate technology to support instruction. Adhere to all district, state, and federal laws while demonstrating fiscal responsibility and emotional control.
