2026-2027 Teacher Assistant/Shadow- Edisto Elementary School

Supervise students during arrival and departure, assist with academic tasks, recess, lunch, and restroom needs. Address behavior issues and contact parents via phone, email, or home visits as directed. Sanitize the classroom and equipment, manage bulletin boards, and handle clerical duties like running errands, making copies, and filing. Attend meetings upon request and perform other capacities as assigned by the administrator. High school diploma required; previous student experience preferred.
