Summer School Tutor for 2026-2027 at Ednovate. Assist high school students with classwork, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening; support English language proficiency and translate when needed; require proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Canvas; demonstrate success in college-level courses; work independently and as part of a team; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; belief in helping students succeed in college and contribute to positive multigenerational change. Part-time position at $25/hour in Southern California with a focus on tutoring and academic support.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of reading readiness instruction
- Knowledge of mathematics readiness at high school level
- Proficiency with Google Products, Zoom, and Canvas
- Demonstration of success in college level courses
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Enrollment in a college/university program preferred but not required
