Job Summary
Provide speech and language therapy to children, including assistive technology and augmentative communication, with responsibilities spanning diagnostic testing, reporting, IEP development and documentation, screening, parent communication, and collaboration with the educational team to implement strategies across learning opportunities. Maintain treatment records and data aligned with IEP objectives; participate in identifying student needs and determining service levels and frequency; strong emphasis on articulation, voice, receptive and expressive language, feeding, and related disorders. Requires a state licensure, favorable background checks, and adherence to district nondiscrimination policies. The position is a 10-month temporary employment with duties overseen by the Building Principal, reporting to the Capital School District. Locations include Capital Administrative Office in Dover, DE.

- Licensure is required of all Speech-Language Pathologists in the State

- Clinical Practicum
- National Examination in Speech-Language Pathology
- Temporary Licensure Available for CFY Candidate
