Job Summary
Lead small-group instruction for grades K-4 while teaching a rigorous academic curriculum that combines school and New York State standards. Provide individual or small group instruction for students needing additional assistance and constantly assess student progress to communicate results to families and colleagues. Commit to constant professional growth by working closely as part of a team of teachers and modeling the school's values in all communications. Demonstrate success in raising achievement levels for students from the communities served while maintaining a collegial working environment.
Required Qualifications
- New York State teacher certification in the appropriate content area
- Bachelor's degree required
- This role is based in NYC and will require travel to our schools
- You must notify HR if you move or have plans to relocate
