Job Summary
Provide a security presence at Anasazi Elementary School by walking the campus, monitoring activities and students, and reporting unauthorized personnel. Monitor on-campus activities to ensure student safety and reinforce positive behavior; perform minor housekeeping/groundskeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment. Requires High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and may require Crossing Guard training and FPCC; duties include recognizing safety risks, diffusing situations, and delivering customer service with clear communication. This role is part-time and involves a physical presence on-site (Scottsdale, AZ).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Ability to complete Crossing Guard training
- Valid Department of Public Safety (DPS) Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC)
- Knowledge of basic safety and security principles
- Skills in recognizing potential security risks; providing customer service; strong communication and interpersonal abilities
